Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Explain products/services and address customer queries.
  • Maintain records of conversations and update customer details in the system.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales or appointments.
  • Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in [mention languages required].
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
